Brandywine Trust Company® in 2005, Ms. Sherman was employed by MBNA
America as a Risk Management Officer.
Ms. Sherman received her certification as a Certified Regulatory
Compliance Manager in 2003. She
earned her J.D. from Dickinson School of Law in 1997 and her B.A. in
Philosophy from Allegheny College in 1994.
She is licensed to practice law in the state of Maryland.
