Company ("BTC") is a privately held, non deposit trust company
chartered under the laws of Delaware, and conducting all of its operations
in that state.
It was
founded by and for families of substantial means, to provide those services
of a strategic and fiduciary nature which are most vital to the achievement
of long-term financial goals.
With offices outside of Wilmington,
Delaware, BTC provides fiduciary, investment advisory, custodial and
accounting services.
BTC is advised in matters of
family governance, strategic planning, asset allocation, manager selection and
related issues by Brandywine Management Services, Inc.
BTC is owned by Brandywine Trust Group, LLC, a Delaware
holding company, of which the shareholders are members of the Group's four
founding families and an entity representing senior management. The
trusts and related accounts of these families make up the greater part of
the assets under the firm's management - approximately $4.5 billion
